I was out when the tornadoes hit. driving along. unaware. at home they were worried. my grandmother called. she worried too. but i was safe. always safe. stuck behind a car that stopped in the middle of a one lane road. the driver got out to chase after her dog. i waited, finally she got back in and pulled into a drive. i made it home. when i quit the car i heard the sirens. i never worried. i was safe. 7:44 p.m. - 05 May, 2003 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
